..to reinstate full commercial relations between US-IRAN.  It is much more effective to regulate and a financial win-win on both sides.  It will also lower the cost of investigating so many leads and cases.  Whatever is being traded in an open environment is better controlled than through clandestine means.

This does not make sense at all! At first I thought it meant THE bomb's components... but, it turns out to be the IEDs! Are they serious?! As the name signifies, IEDs (Improvised Explosive Devices) are home-made bombs. The components, circut boards and timers, can be designed by an under-grad Sharif or Amir Kabir student with his/her eyes closed! In fact IEDs where the main factor in Hezbollah's kicking the IDF out of south Lebanon in 1999-2000. Afghan Taliban is using them to blow up the Nato tanks left and right! Who in their right mind would go through all that trouble to import IED components?

As the American Intelligence community defused the tentions by its NIE last year, excpect for it to ratchet up the propaganda and tentions in the first years of Obama to pump up the military hype! They want Obama to have as many "sticks" as ha e can offer "carrots," or even more!
