Forbes magazine's annual list of the world's richest people is eagerly anticipated as a barometer of wealth and power. And each year the mighty U.S., whose economy is often described as the envy of the world, has dominated the rankings.

When we have a system that is based on capital ,and only few corporations are in control and they dictate their agenda, there out to be problems. There is not a new war in Iran because US is under budget several billions of dollars, and a new war make the matter even worse.
