Up until not too long ago you'd be burned at stake for taking the lord's (Jesus') name in vain. The practice of burning people at stake for blasphamy or witchcraft all in the name of Jesus and christianity was an acceptable religious practice up until early 20th century. So, don't think reacting harshly to insult to one's religion is exclusively Muslim's. Jews and Chritians had been doing it long before islam came to existence.

There was a time that most/all people beleived that earth is flat, so based on SK/Muslim logic, they must have been right and the earth must have been flat!

Muslims are very insecure about Islam, so to convince themselves that Islam is the right way, they keep reminding themselves that there are 1 billion Muslims (nevermind that many will openly leave it, given the chance, as most Iranians have once they reached the civilized world)

Whether you like it or not the majority of Iranians are nominally Muslims! The official religion of Iran used to be Zoroastrianism and then over time there was a mass conversion to Islam. I am on the side of the majority!

Jews that live abroad do not profess to being Iranians. The Zoroastrians do! The Persian Jews that I know mostly married Ashkenasim for financial reasons and don't even speak Persian or even socialize with Persians and do not profess to being Iranian!

My fesenjooni friend, not because you are insulting Islam, but because you are trying to present the other so called Abrahamic religions (judaism in this case) as the "righteous" ones at the expense of putting down Islam . This is exactly what that Coptic Egyptian "film maker" did with his amateurish film. Bilittling Mohammad and Islam to present Judeo-Christian faith as the true righteous one(s). That's propaganda not criticism.

I was born and raised in a muslim family but first one to tell you that Mohammad was a fraud. He didn't come to lead humanity to eternal peace and salvation. The whole thing started with him having a feud with his own tribe over guadianship of Ka'bah and ultimately the city of Meccah. His fight with Meccan did not turn into a claim of being "Messenger of God" until he met Salman the Persian who guided him and turned him into a profit of god.

But I don't stop there my friend. I go little further and tell you that ALL of these so called Abrahamic religions are fraud. You go through Quran and pick it to pieces, fine! But have you read the old testament too? From incest to murder to war to racism to stoning to bunch of superstitious crap to... they are there, my friend. Mohammad was not the inventor of any of that. He just copied them from the old testament ( with Salman's assisstance, of course). So don't think what you believe in is any better or more righteous than Islam. All three are based on the same crap. You'll be fooling yourself if you do.

The Immortal Muslims Protests

The real Muslims protests should have had taken place right after occupations of Afghanistan & Iraq by the UK/US. For instance, if 3 millions Hajiis had walked from Mecca toward Baghdad in defiance of Iraq's occupation, such would have had been recorded historically as an Ethernal Muslims Protest. Since they didn't do it, that is what they get today in their own countries: turmoil. And that is what we get here on IC: Fesenjoo2, Fred, ISRAELLOVESIRAN, & etc. with their blogs/comments filled with hatreds toards Islam & Muslims!

Bravo. The problem is, Islam is bedouin Arabs culture so Arabs will defend it to their death wheather w elike it or not. Arabs do not have the same relationship with islam as we do. We need to seperate our path from this ideology and move on. Untill that happens, IRI is even too much for us!
