Reza shah

by Salam (not verified) on

Reza shah was never a British puppet or proxy.
I know that there are certain Iranian researchers in UK and US trying to forge such a background for him. They are paid from the devilish ruller of Iran. He was a nationalist with his own agenda hated inside Iran by ayatollahs.
Then he was challenged by USSR and an aggressive communism. Then it came a turn in USSR foreign policy when Lenin made it clear that communist parties inside countries like Turkey and Iran did not need to struggle for a revolution but for reform. According to Lenin Reza shah was an anti colonialist personality. Reza shah tilted toward Germany to gain support against UK. That is why he was kicked out of Iran by them. German sympathy was not a rare thing by then. Many of officers who finally joined Tudeh party’s military wing were German sympatizators in the start. But when Stalin defeated Hitler in Stalingrad fields the respect for USSR rose and they changed side. The leader of Tudeh party MR. Noraldin Kianori was to the end a shy Nazi lover. The ceiling of Tehran rail station hall has still Swastika which is a Nazi Symbol made by Mr. Kianori.
And Lenin was right because Reza shah limited imperial interest of UK and his son was at last defeated by an agent from MI6 namely General Mohamad Fardoust who actually crowned Khomeini

Moved to South Africa

by Lil'Facts (not verified) on

We believe the exiled Reza Shah - the Great (and presumably his posse) moved to South Africa after just 1 year in India. He died shortly thereafter. Reza Khan and Mossadegh are in league of Cyrus the Great, and we believe that only time will reveal their genius.

Maybe You should start by not hiding by shame or hypocrisy under a silly pseudonym and assume your opinions in the light of day. Then you can maybe have some credibility and give lessons to others including to me on human rights.

Seriously - Oh, One More thing...

by Kalij-e Pars (not verified) on

Boroumand sisters, whose father was imprisoned by shah and then later killed by IRI had a web site that documented recent history of iran. As I recall, they documented political executions of both shah and IRI, but only those that were acknowledged by regime's newspapers with specifics and that they could get a hold of. As much as I remember, they lad a list of a few (maybe likes of fatemi and golsorkhi) for shah's period; and a list of some 9000+ for IRI at the time. Sorry no links, but should not be hard to find. FYI.

Seriously - Good Idea, But...

by Khalij-e Pars (not verified) on

Previous commenter offers very good idea, but it should include all the atrocities as well as achievements of pahlavis as well as IRI. That is really needed to set the record straight once and for all. Actually IRI tried to do something similar, but wanted to emphasize all the killings of the shah that they claimed were between 60,000 and 100,000 deaths with sometimes as high as 600,000 claimed by khomeini. According to emadedin baaghi, a revolutionary in charge of reviewing all documents from savak and other sources in preparation for a display of shah's crimes, he came up with a total of about 400 killed in prisons, executions, and killed in actions on streets (like in siahkal) between 1963 (year of exile of khomeini) and 1979. There were some additional 2700 killed during revolution before shah left the country. For a total of about 3100 between 1963 until shah left. According to baaghi, since this number was way below 60,000 to 100,000 that IRI claimed, they decided not to publicize and forget about the display of atrocities of the shah. Baaghi wrote a lengthy article on this subject. ganji said almost the same thing in a different article. I don't have the links to the articles, but I believe there was links to those somewhere on this web site.
We really need a place to organize and set all records of pahlavis and islamic regime, good and bad, available to all iranians of today and future generations.

A Man with a Vision!

by Free Thinker, Democracy...Eating Shit (not verified) on

For sources please read All the Shah's Men, the first 2-3 chapters describe this great man and our tainted history. Again, no democracy, but a man who rose with his own talents and vision. He sided with Germany in WWII, and was shown the door by the British while the used Iran to transport food and war supplies. They returned our land to us, and the Great Dr. Mossadegh (our brief Democratically elected leader) won his seat as our leader from the great people of Iran. We took ownership of our Oil, our land and our grat dominion when Dr. Mohammad Mossadegh fought idealogically in court and subsequently kicked the british out of Iranian soil. Soon America (Project Ajax, a CIA covert operation) overturned this democracy and put Mohamad Reza Shah in power in Iran. Until 1979, when everyone was shocked to hear marq bar america, and the people of Iran wanted democracy!!...no one knew what would come next, eating shit is something we have all learned well since then. At least Reza Shah had his posse and a well funded pension in India.

Well, maybe I misunderstood you too. I also believe in democracy, but it comes with responsibility too. You cannot yell fire in a theater in the name of free speech -- that can lead to panic and harm the people there. So, your headline "I love IRI" is just like yelling fire in a very dark and suffocating theater. I simply cannot understand how an "iranian" would put any seal of approval on IRI, irrespective of reasoning -- so I suspect that there must be some personal justification for it -- temptations of wealth, power, or after-life reward (i.e. religion). I can forgive IRI for their mismanagement of my country, I can forgive the IRI for wasting/stealing the wealth of my country, but I cannot ever accept the tens of thousands of our youth that they have murdered in the last 28 years in the name of religion and ideology; I deeply believe that every life is sacred and nobody has the right to destroy it; it is just like a stab into my stomach anytime that I see or hear the story of an innocent youth that they oppress, torture, or murder. I simply cannot accept that, even in the name of their ruthless yet incapable god who needs to delegate his murders to a bunch of mullas.
If I over-reacted wrongly, then I am sorry too.

I am sorry if you didn't get the true meaning of my comment. No need to boil over with anger and insult. If you truly believe in democracy and human rights, then you shouldn't deny me of these rights regardless of how you feel. I see so many insults here for what people say that contradicts what the attacker supposedly believes on. We Iranians, are not going to experience true democracy in many many years to come; why? Because we don't understand it. Anyways, what is it these days with everybody who doesn't like someone's comment; an offer for invitation or exile to Arabia is given?

re: Animal

by ashrafi (not verified) on

I don't think you have learnt English yet. But that is OK. You can still eat shit.
By the way, I don't consume "hey", but I suppose with "joe" you mean "Barley". If I consume barley in my food, such as in a soup or with breakfast, then I can produce about 5 pounds of shit for you in the morning. That would be around 2500 grams, and aught to keep you happy.

Only an animal that consumes hey and joe will be able to produce 4 pounds of shit every morning. I must say that you know who you are.

Hey Irooni, can you take your beloved IRI with you to arabia?

by Anonymous Irani (not verified) on

What planet are you from? Nobody can humiliate iran? You don't listen to news, do you? Iran is humiliated and abused every day, by words and by deed, by small and by large countries, by developed and by undeveloped countries, by muslim and by non-muslim countries. Mullas are bribing countries left and right for affection and sympathy to no avail. Have you heard of huge multi-billion-dollar oil deals with china, or gas deals with india, or nuke deals with russia. All in exchange for their garbage technology or second-hand arms or votes in UNSC. And they get the deal and never deliver the goods, the votes or the technology. Only that they send the garbage that they want to get rid of to their pals in tehran. Brits got rid of reza shah because he was for iran. Brits don't get rid of mullas because they are their best pals and the best protector of their interests, and keep iran, a rich country in ME, tangled in 1400-year-old mambo jumbo as a bonus.
But I congratulate you for loving IRI. Good for you. IRI is ALL yours as far as any iranian is concerned. Will you take your beloved IRI with you wherever you belong to - arabia, india, russia, or china. You can take and love and care for all of 200,000 IRI mullas for eternity. Please don't be stingy though in loving your dear leader (said ali), your beloved president (mahmood antari), and your endeared rafsanjani (agha kouseh) in particular. Enjoy the virgins!

A great piece of history!

by M J (not verified) on

A great piece of history!
Some may say Just a piece of paper with some forgotten people...
NO it is NOT!
I wish more people would share those pictures and documents they have stashed away somewhere in a box... before they are destroyed...
Every little bit adds up to explain the bigger picture, and when the bigger picture is revealed, then... slowly.... very slowly some of the fuzziness of time and event may diasppear.
You get to know the people on an individual basis, not only the incident.
After all, we are all, every one of us, just "People".
Please share if you do have any social, historical... pieces.
Thanks.
And thank you Farbod.
