بی بی سی: حکم اعدام صادق مرادی، سی و دو ساله، که در ارتباط با ربودن زیورآلات زنان و چهار فقره تجاوز به عنف به اعدام محکوم شده بود در چهار راه نظام آباد تهران به اجرا گذاشته شد. این متهم در اولین دادگاه رسیدگی به پرونده به اعدام محکوم شد اما دیوان عالی کشور این حکم را نقض و پرونده را به دادگاه دیگری ارجاع داد. قضات دادگاه دوم، متهم را تبرئه کردند و برخی از رسانه های همگانی در ایران، پس گرفتن شکایت شاکیان به علت تهدید توسط خانواده متهم را دلیل حکم دادگاه دانسته اند >>>
