The 2 ladies are Rosa Parks of Iran!
Hopefully the gender apartheid can be dismantled eventually!

Regret for the past
by Siavash300 on Wed May 02, 2012 06:38 PM PDTI am sure these ladies are keep thinking about stupidity of their fathers who put them in such a mess. Their fathers attended so called "revolution" and these poor ladies have to pay for it. We had a beautiful country and everybody was happy. Shah established big studium in suburb of Tehran which consisted swiming pool that women and men could swim. I used to go there with my girlf friend to swim.
Under shah's smart leadership, Iran was part of the Europe in the middle east. How sad it is to see a buch of the stinky Islamic rag heads convert our beautiful country to the dirt hole that these ladies crave to have equality with men and be able to swim.
So sad
by Rastgoo on Wed May 02, 2012 05:49 PM PDTThis is so sad. Having grown up before the revolution in Iran I've see very different times, How sad that we had to digress as such. But I think for the long term its good that we have finally learned as a nation that church and state must be separated, religion must be minimized and Democracy must be implemented. It is only a matter of time but it will come to an end. May be not next year or in 10 years but it will some day and a better era will dawn in Iran. BTW: for all those shahollahis waiting to jump in and say good things about the Shah, remember that if it wasn't for his f&%$ing policies we wouldn't be in the dire straits that we are in now!
