European Union foreign ministers are expected to agree to a phased ban on the purchase of oil from Iran, as the West sends warships through the Gulf.

I find the discrepancy between the text on the video and what the reporter says just a touch naughty...............There's a huge difference between "the Iranian regime", and "this Iranian regime"................
