Humiliation
by jasonrobardas on Thu Aug 30, 2012 07:34 AM PDTI stand corrected.....
idiot is what idiot does ...UnitedIran
by jasonrobardas on Thu Aug 30, 2012 07:27 AM PDTlike jumping in a pool of water, all clothed in the presence of an ill- guided audience!... You need to follow the same lunacy! so all your sins be washed away and you can walk away dripping and soaking with water and a free conscience....Whatever you do , please stay in school! A green card is not worth all such humuliation!!
One last time...
by UnitedIran on Thu Aug 30, 2012 07:04 AM PDTMr.
Jason, George, Jack...My point was not about your opinion on Jesus,
Christianity, etc. Your opinion is not relevant on that, here or anywhere
else...What is relevant, is your short sightedness, intolerance and bigoted
opinion on a person’s belief and passion! That is the point...I hope with your
great English you can finally get that!
P.S. It is "ad hominem",
and not "adhominom"...look it up since you want to use big words.
Have a blessed day...
Jesus died
by jasonrobardas on Thu Aug 30, 2012 06:28 AM PDTthat was 2000 years ago ....and he is not coming back ...get over it !
UnitedIran please 1) work on your English grammer. 2) Avoid adhominom attacks 3) Discuss issues rather than slandering individuals 4)Learn about Christianity and other religions. 5) realize that anyone who quotes Thomas Jefferson, John Adams and Benjamin Franklin is not an "American wannabe"...,just like anyone who quotes Voltaire is not a "French wannabe" 6) Build yourself a nice pool in your backyard so in the hot summer so you do not have to go to a church and use their pool for cooling off . 7) If you need a green card , use other options available (Only an American wanna be would go through such embarrassing ritual !!) and last but not least please try to stay in school. It will pay off ....
You just showed...
by UnitedIran on Thu Aug 30, 2012 06:01 AM PDTYou just showed your
class...........or lack of any, not to mention your backward and antiquated
thinking. You are not worth commenting on or about! Sorry...Jason Robards, wow. You must be proud of your English, Mr. American ?!?!? This is Iranian.com, American "wannabe"?!
Mr.united iran
by jasonrobardas on Thu Aug 30, 2012 05:14 AM PDT"Christinanity is the most perverted system that ever shone on man", Thomas Jefferson
"Light houses are more useful than churches" , Benjamin Franklin
Would you consider John Adams and Jefferson and Franklin as "taze be doroon reside"?
Well your logic is very poor ...so is your English ....the plural form of "belief" is not believes ....Work on your logic and learn the English language, before posting your worthless comment .
The idiot in the room???
by UnitedIran on Thu Aug 30, 2012 04:33 AM PDTMr. Jason..."tazeh
be-doran resideh"....if you want to see an idiot with idiotic comments
just take a look at the mirror. Just because you don't agree with his choice,
why trash out his faith and believes. Idiot minded people like yourself and
some of the other people commenting here, are the cause that after 2000 years
all we can do is "sare goud beshin, bego lengesh kon".....have a
little respect for individual decisions....it has nothing to do with you, so
why criticize things that you don't have any idea about???
How idiotic!!
by jasonrobardas on Wed Aug 29, 2012 11:02 PM PDTChristinaity is logically inconsistant ....Now for the rest of his life he will hear and repeat the idiotic mantra that God put his own son on the cross to forgive our sins!! What non-sense!!.....God had his own son tortured and killed !!!...Yet he was also the God and the son and blah blah blah ....so stupid ...In other words, he killed himself too ......it gets more bizzare ....Jesus is the savior , yet he could not save himself!!....He died but he came back again ....and .....
I feel sorry for this fool ....Az chale dar amadio dar chah fetad ...
Admit it, it is more fun to convert to Christianity than to
by JavoonDeerooz on Wed Aug 29, 2012 07:47 PM PDTIslam. He does not have to get up every day at 4 am to do the morning prayer, he can look at unveiled women and talk to them, he can have a drink or two, gobble down a bacon cheeseburger, and most importantly, his foreskin remains intact.

by First Amendment on Wed Aug 29, 2012 07:31 PM PDTNone of my business, Arman..............if it makes you happy and if it doesn't really hurt anyone, then it's a blessing............... I can't claim to be a secular person and then at the same time make comments about your choice of religion, or becoming a believer...............That's sheer hypocrisy........
+1 for Rea's comment.....

Rea, Interesting side note to what you've posted below
by Anonymous Observer on Wed Aug 29, 2012 02:29 PM PDTA couple of years ago, a TV channle here did an investigation of these self proclaimed "healers." There's a very famous one in Brazil who claims to be Jesus incarnate. I forgot his name. But I'm sure you can Google him and find him quickly. Anyway, among many who went to him was this American guy who had an aggressive form of brain cancer, and was pretty much told that he had a couple of months to live. He flew down to Brazil and went to this guy's compound. After more than a year, without any further medical treatment, he was still alive and healthy.
He agreed to submit to medical tests, including CT scans, arranged by the TV channel. It was pretty amazing. The tumor had just stopped growing, and he was completely healthy and cancer free. Doctors in both Brazil and the U.S. compared his "before and after" CT scans and other imaging and really had nothing to say, except that the cancer had stopped. Pretty amazing.
Obviously, as an atheist, I don't believe in this stuff. But in this guys, case, it may have been extreme will power or power of belief, orperhaps just a biological event that stopped the tumor from growing.
That was nice

by Rea on Wed Aug 29, 2012 02:21 PM PDTWanna hear even worse ?
Read today in my country's daily paper about a lady who'd been cured of cancer (sic!) beacuse, quoting: "I believe in the virgin Mary and I prayed".
But true hypocrisy: lots of verbal support from those who at the first signs of flu will run to see their GP.
Having said the above, I believe in flying elephants. ;o)
Wait, is that a swimming pool in the middle of the church?!!
by Anonymous Observer on Wed Aug 29, 2012 01:47 PM PDTIt looks like it continues to the adjascent room...kind of weird...
anywhoo....I agree with Rea. Worst decision ever. I assume he was a Muslim. Now he's a Christian. One garbage religion to another. He should convert to Judaism next just to complete the trifecta of BS.
Pathetic
by Rea on Wed Aug 29, 2012 01:42 PM PDTEven worse, religion and politics.
Best Decision...
by UnitedIran on Wed Aug 29, 2012 09:48 AM PDTBest decision of his life. Congratulations...and Jesus will save him!!
