But I doubt he is one of the best chefs in the world. It is interesting to see him introducing iranian cuisine since it is not so known internationally and it should be.

Someone
should enlighten Jamie the delights of coking with various herbs that are the
quintessential ingredients of Persian cosine .   Maybe then he will enjoy
Persian cooking more .   But don't forget to remind him that our herbs are for
cooking not smoking or he might flip out !

Earlier this week I found out Zartosht was from shomal, now Jamie Oliver is enjoying Mirza Ghasemi.  All and all a good week for Shomalies.
