RP, the Ralph Nadar of Iranians…

by Bavafa on

Nice guy with a great message, yet hard to take traction.

Although less of an interview and more of a promotional clip, I liked every bit of RP attitude and standing towards freedom, democracy and removing IRI from Iran.

His standing with the people of Iran may very well be the reason that he has not been picked as cheerleaders of the Neocons/AIPAC.

For me, he would be a serious contender for the future leader of Iran if he remains on the same message and for a secular democratic but republic of Iran.

'Hambastegi' is the main key to victory

Dear Benyamin

Why don't you think he is not sincere?  Because of his Green support he will lose his populary in Iranian comminity in abroad since they constantly support war and murdering behaviour against Iranians who live in Iran (& as the only solution).

I believe he is sincere and in a right direction at present.  I am sure most of Monarchists are not going to support him any more.

Reza Pahlavi

by Benyamin on

His heart is in a right place but he is not complitely sincere!!!

Anyone challenging the IRI must have one thing as the most important on their mind as priority than anything else and that is "free Iran" first!

All opposition groups and personalities must come together and clearly declare their idealogy and clearly explain their political view but have their eye on freeing Iran first. To explain all forms of governing is not ideal and lacks sincerity!

Freedom is at most importance and it is only in free Iran we can make a right choice. we need to "inform" people about all kinds of form of govern and all the pros and cons must be debated freely by the experts on national tv and radio and the constitution must be written when every item will be talked about and discussed over and over.

having said that I believe Federalism is the answer to Iran`s problem!

Life of an activist in Iran.

Moosavi and Karobi lived in Iran.  So what?  IRI behaved so gently with them; otherwise, they were one of people who came on the state TV and asked for people's forgiveness.  People have lost enough fate on them so far let alone their public TV show. If you live inside the IRI, IRI has a promising capability to turn you to any puppet he aims for.  Torture doesn't know fate.

My support.

If we hope for a change in Iran, we have to support Reza Pahlavi.  Why not?  Really?

I have to be a true idiot if I am influenced by "The fact that he has spent majority of his life abroad, I reckon doesn't diminish anything for you?".  Should the fact diminish something because he is still alive and able to contribute?  How long are we going to be a dead / Shahid lover and expose ourselves to death?  The fact that he has not lived in Iran is a big plus.  He understands the world.  He understands how not to be influenced by hot airs as most don't have a clue.

p.s. I care less if some of his followers opportunistics or whatever. I care about himself.

yeah you know, i`m not really a monarchist i mean they (monarchists) never accepted me i don`t use aryamehr or homayouni when talking about shah, i don`t call reza pahlavi "prince"  the only reason i support reza pahalvi is that i think he cares about his country and that he is educated, and he knows what is a democracy

yes it does, i know he might not know about the real problems of iran and i believe he needs to be more active and hang with younger iranians especially the ones how just came out of the country, but i still think he is the best alternative we have this is just my opinion.
