Precisely what I have been saying. We Iranians are beguiled by their [Russians]  blue eyes and fair complexion. They can rob us blind but we can forgive them because they are the 'Aryan' race.

This mentality of the superior foreigner or farangi  is inculcated into the brains of every Iranian. 

Now, the wily Najis Jew with his hooked nose  deserves our condemnation to the point that we would run the risk of war even if it is Palestinian land.

The American imperialists and British colonialists with their chequered history of occupation and divide and rule can be forgiven because they have a nicer shaped nose and are civilised. But the Jews? Lets just begrudge them a tiny strip of land off the coast of the Mediterranean and call for their anihilation. 

If you are a so-called Iranian-American living in Texas, California  or New Mexico you are living on contested land stollen by the American government from the indigenous Mexican people but its ok 'cos they are not Jews. The Americans have nice blye eyes. 

I embrace the diverse, ecclectic and hetrogeneous Iran with its different people and cultures. 

The real Aryan race which came from the Russian steppes and central asia almost 5000 years ago were dark skinned as you can get. Not the blonde hair and blue eyed myth perpetuated by Hitler. And even before the Aryan race arrived in Iran the plataeu was dominated by Elamites and other people.  

This is why the correct and proper name to represent our country and our people is IRAN.  Not Persia. IRAN.

Sanctions must have hit where it hurts

It is clear that IRI is a poppet of Russia and the Russians have now come to help their hard hit poppet by softening the sanctions and find a way to ignore their obligations under the UN resolutions. A good opportunity to close some more day light robbery deals with the treacherous Akhonds and their Mafia.

You are so right JJ when you say Iranians are oblivious and silent to what Russians are doing. We have never had a bigger enemy than Russians.

When Soviet Union broke up

and huge part of it became Russia, that immediately made Russia popular with IRI crowd. After all, Khomeini used to say that it was not Soviet Union but Russia and it became Russia. As far as population, Soviet Union had an standing with many leftist people and it was also our neighbor. There have been ties. Many Iranians were from places like Baku. Besides, even in Shah's time, we had shows at least in Tehran by Soviet performers. I used to go to circus that Russians performed in Iran. Also there were gymnasts. Famous Olympic athletes like Olga, Neli Kim, etc, performed in Tehran during Shah and many people went to these shows. So as a super power neighbor which was great in Arts, soprts, industry, some people had interest in Soviet Union. Present Russia has no intellectual standing among people, but IRI likes them because they are not communist and they support IRI. What is not to like?

Why Russia?

It's puzzled me for years... why have Iranian politicians, past and present, been so soft on Russia? And Iranians in general, do not have any strong feelings towards Russians. Talk about the English, the French, the Germans, the Indians, the Jews, the Arabs, and you will have a conversation going. But Russians? Virtual silence, boredom.

As for Russian governments, past and present, they have enjoyed soft-to-special treatment from Iran, probably because their authoritarian style is what we understand and appreciate :)

Here you go, do some research for once. It doesn't hurt! Why is everything a conspiracy to you losers? Do you know how many countries have realtions with Russia? Why can't we. Sure, they take advantage of us because of sanctions, but seriously, that is how the real world works cry babies. There are two kinds of countries in this world.. Strong countries, and weak countries.. The strong will always rule over the weak. This is common sense, but some of you have a hard time grasping it.. "Glorious" Iran has always been weak, but its slowly moving its way up.. Quite ironic how its by a regime that's hated the most! hah

Correction please. For more than 250 years The Russians have at different intervals robbed Iran, invaded, pillaged and raped Iran. They even hlped form breakway republics in Gilan and Iranian Azarbaijan in an attempt to dicide us.
But we can forgive and forget! We need Russia's help to liberate Palestine. The welfare of Palestinians is infinitely more important than Iranians so please let us unify against Israel. Its all about getting our priorities right!

Giving the Caspian sea

Giving the Caspian sea wasn't enough? What else is there to auction off to Russians for protection?? Haven't Russian milked the IRI enough for their lousy nuclear plants over 27+ years? When are these traitors going to stop selling off Iranian territories, resources, and rights just to stay in power?

Closer cooperation means Iran has to give up total control over shipping rights to Russia.
It means allowing Russia to set up bases in the country and defacto control of the territory.
It means Iran having to pay premium price for Russian junk including useless military hardware and airplanes which fall out of the sky.
In return Russia will guarantee Iran's inalienable right to enrich uranium for nuclear energy when all other countries have moved onto solar an hydrogen fuels. In reality it wants to build a bomb to enter into a cataclysmic war for Palestine.
In the meanwhile the Russian pimps who stand to dominate virtually over every aspect of Iran and will censor any criticism of human rights viilations by its prostitute Mullahs.
