Dancing for Peace

Iranian girl teaching Israeli friend how to do the Persian dance for "Peace between Iran and Israel!"

YouTube description: "Just for fun! My best friend who is Persian and I who is Israeli dancing to music in Farsi. Peace in the Middle East! Peace between Iran and Israel! Nothing can erase thousands of years of history! God Bless! And please don't bring any hatred here. I only posted this video, to show how much we love each other despite the drama in the Middle East. Politics can't get in the way of our beautiful and flourishing friendship. And if this video, encourages even one person, to live their life free of hatred of the other just because they are Muslim or Jewish, then it was worth posting this video."

Thank you Ghormeh Sabzi.

Thank you Ghormeh Sabzi. It is lovely.

But we must not forget the Israeili leaders are not much better than the likes Ahmadi Nejad and Khamenahei. Have you heard of Ahmad Khatib's story?

In 2005, 11-year-old Ahmed Khatib was shot and killed by an Isreili soldier while playing with his toy.  The father took the organs of his child to Israel and donated the organs to a hospital in Israel and in return asked for peace and stop to these nonsense killings.

I was so touched that I sent a long letter to Obama in rhyme protesting against Israeili attack on Gaza at the end of Bush's presidency.  Please see my letter to Obama. There has been a film produced by a German director based on this sensational stiry. But this story didn't get much media attention by "peace loving media" in the western world.

The story is picked by an Israeli director Leon Geller and German filmmaker Marcus ... "Heart of Jenin" has won numerous awards, including the German Film Award ... meant it was impossible to practice on the West Bank's sole grass pitch in Jericho. ...

Ghormeh Sabzi please show clips of this film for us.

Both are beautiful,  juicy (lavand), and a little on the choppy side, which most Persian men go for it. Good luck to both of them

Reminds me of my Jewish-Iranian-Israeli friends in high school, in Tehran, during the mid-1970s. One girl in particular. I didn't have a crush on her, but she was really nice.

Good memories.

Fred

Thanks

The way you dance, you must be Persian or it could be because there is not that much of difference between Persians and Israelis. Thank you both for the video.
