Hail to the chief of fraud, torture, murder, and corruption
by Shifteh Ansari on Wed Apr 14, 2010 01:32 AM PDTEven Mahmoud and his pals can't seem to believe the stuff this woman is saying! I don't know how old this video is, but in today's Iran and with all the young lives sacrificed after this fraud of a president's election, I doubt anyone in their right mind would praise this twit like this unless they wanted something in return. To those who think there are people like this in every family, I would have to say they are wrong. The Iranian nation hates very few people more than one Mahmoud Ahmadinejad these days. Ahmadinejad's real supporters are mostly non-Iranians or Iranians living abroad as we see around here. To Iranians inside Iran, he is nothing but a liar, a murderer, and an incompetent jackass. Just look at the crowds where the man makes his province visits these days. They can't even pay people to come and support him publicly anymore. I hope the old lady got her permit after all this.

After all, we are Iranians...
by ناتور دشت on Tue Apr 13, 2010 06:53 PM PDTIt only took under three minutes for a seemingly hardliner Arab basher, Islam curser, Kiaan searcher friend of ours to become sympathetic to the woman who advocates a good, honorable cause.
Why? Perhaps for the face of the lady. I think everyone of us has one family member who talks like her, or looks like her. Or maybe just because she had the familiar face of an ordinary fellow citizen, who is not part of the oppressive regime.
Whatever it is, I liked the woman, and I even liked more our friend's dignified reaction.
I love it, when I feel an Iranian heartbeat

Mahmud's propaganda, Stalin style!
by Khar on Tue Apr 13, 2010 06:20 PM PDTIt reminds me of a video I once saw in which showed Stalin being praised by a peasant woman in 1930’s USSR.
She means well
by SamSamIIII on Tue Apr 13, 2010 06:05 PM PDTDoesn,t matter what she says about Ahmadinejad or her Arab filled devotion to "Arabic months" or whatever flattery she throws out there. Dont look at her thru an Iranian lenz but a humanist lenz and what you see is a charitable simple old woman who wants to buy a few more loafs of bread or a few more concrete loads to build a future for those destitute, unfortunate la miserable pupils under her care. God speed to her deeds. But then again the schools they build for those kids are not schools of knowledge but "hand picked knowledge" but what can you do. Something is always better than nothing I guess.
