This guys admits to having nothing to offer his beloved. So he's just zalil not zan zalil. Of course he has to do chores and take care of her and sing love songs for her, when he's got nothing else to offer.

The closest definition of Zan Zalil is Pussy-whipped. That would be a man who has been defanged, tamed and has completely surrendered!
The lyrics are nice, the voice is great and above all the delivery is so powerful. There is so much zellat, khaari, bad bakhti va bicharegi in his voice that you know, it all comes from deep in his soul!
