Thank you Mr Makhalbaf.  I fell in love with your work  "Silence", "Close UP",.  Years ago.  Very symbolic.

Now I love you and your passion for Iran/Iranians.

This guy is a hero!

He understands that the IRI under its current leadership will be disaster for Iranians. Happy to see many people associated with the IRI realize the monster that it has become.

I am not a die hard fan of Makhmalbaf and even question his collaboration with this regime from the start! But what he is saying NOW is what any true Iranian with an ounce of decency and consciousness has been feeling, thinking ,believing and wanting for so long...

You and your other so called Iranian minority who are defending the tyranny of Islamic Republic and justify their criminal acts of their past and present are a minority at the end and will be permenantly stripped off of all the power that you have been abusing for so long!!!

The difference between us is that after our victory, we will not do what you did to us for 30 + years, but we will glady open the doors for you and likes of you to depart our beloved Motherland Iran permenantly if you can not conform to the Rule of Law, Democracy, Peacefullness and Humanity!

Jaleho; Makhmalbaf speaks well

Let's have this rule that if we criticize a person, let's not just give slogans. Present solid facts and evidence for our view.  I don't know Makhmalbaf in depth, but I like what he says and what he does and has done in the last few weeks.  The only time I will have problem with him would be when and if I become aware that he has two faces.  If he is truthful then he probably should be in the leadership team of this movement.  Of course, Ayatollah Montazeri (as someone who will keep state and religion separate and who is truthful as well) would be my other choice at this point.  If you know any other candidates for the leadership team, I am all ears.  To make a long story short, if you criticize someone, please have facts and evidence.  Slogans do not shed any light on anything.  Thanks for listening and thanks for loving Iran.

Iranian Vaclav Havel

This gentleman has a crisp and clear mind and is a great speaker. I wish he was the leader of this uprising rather than Mousavi. I hope we see more of him and hear his speeches. He can make a big dent into crappy IRI machine.

I am surprised that Mousavi does not dissociate himself from this fellow LOUD and CLEAR!! Mousavi will be dragged to the level of DIRT that this guy belongs if he doesn't do so before too late!
