Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has urged EU states to rectify their stance on Iran's nuclear program and avoid 'inciting' Tehran.  Medvedev warned that the European Union's decision to impose new sanctions against Iran could further complicate the situation, Reuters reported. "For me it is completely unclear why such a decision was taken recently by the European Union," said Medvedev.
