first thing one of the pups did is pull my scarf :):) so the staff agreed if i want to blend in with the dogs, it's okay to remove my hejab.....this shelter is in the middle of nowhere....except they're building more houses nearby -- which bottom line, will make it so they will have to move the facilities to another secluded land.

BTW how come you were not wearing hejab?!
