The revolution was not a mistake. The govt chosen after the revolution was the big mistake. Allowing religion to get too deep in the revolution near the end was a mistake. If I had to, I would revolt again against the Shah tyranny. And I would also push our Iranians to revolt against the current mullah tyranny. Just remember that our option is not limited to either the mullahs or the pahlavis, or those freaky mujahedins. Our educated ones must go back and create a true democracy. What we have right now is just more of a radical version of the theocracy that's currently in israel.

Two things we must learn to do to make our country great - 1) unite; yes, hopefully we can get the jews to hang out with the muslims and christians. Unite based on nationality and not religion. And 2) don't trust any non-iranian org or institution playing a big role in a new Iranian govt. Simply put, we must unite so we can take care of our own problems and not be dependent on or jipped by other govts.
