Anon, I agree with you. There is definitely something off about this guy. The titles for his cartoons are grammatically sound. Anyway you look at it the guy is messed up and has a lot of deranged characteristics that he has no inhibitions about showing off. He is definitely attention starved and looks like he has no luck with the opposite sex, and overall relationships for that matter. There is probably history of abuse, and there is a lot of denial in his tone. I'd like to hear more of your thoughts on him. Good call buddy.

I am studying criminal/forensic psychology and have been closely watching Hajiagha's writing style.

Without boring you with details, my assessment, based on reading over 20 of his paragraphs, is that it is quite likely that he deliberately uses broken English. It is quite likely that his English is really much better than what we see here.
Although I do not intend to sound speculative, there could be a myriad of reasons behind Hajiahgha's behaviour, some quite scary.
