If you look at his drawing without any prejudice you will see that he has done it correctly! Missing a "THE" in the phrase and error between Shut and Shot tells a story. It tells the story of frustration, sadness, nostalgia of his mothrland and the people whom once admired him. It tells the story of a man who has decided not to assimilate, to resist change. He never claimed to be a literary artist, he is a man who draws shapes.

I am familiar with his drawings and understandably a lot of people who attack him are Iranian women and my point is not to evaluate the content of his art, rather listen to the voice behind his productions. It shows confusion of an immirgrant that hates both his past and his present, caught between two societies that are distanced from him. Repenting for errors made beyond his ability while despising the future ahead.

We Iranian rush a bit fast in our "group thought" to attack. You recall back home when there was a car accident sometimes up to 20 people would get into arguments about whose fault it was, here we see the same bunker mentality as if we are passing the microhphone in a court of law.

I want to thank the person who gave the link for the "Farci Negar" to help Haji. He seemed to care and responded to Haji's need. If Haji is suffering from an ailment please do not refer to it as it is a private matter. Let him use the last tool the last treasure left from his past -his ability to draw, listen to his sad voice, help or guide if you can or simply laugh or get angry, that is part of art.

After all and irnoically he is getting more reviews than anyone else, soon he can start his syndication, don't unerestimate the power of art in any form or shape. He is the only Iranian that has put everything on the line, please don't push him over the edge.

The error in the art above is quite justified because it immediately tells you that it is coming from a foreigner and that is precisely what it is.
