As A Child Is Born, Clean and Fresh ..
Like A Canvas. To Be Painted On ..

His Spirit Pure, No Impurity In His Soul ..
His Family, Start Imprinting On His Soul ..

As Days Go By, And weeks In To Years ..
The Influence Of The Family, Manifest ..

As The Child Is Loved, His Spirit Is Engulfed ..
His Spirit Rises, Health Manifests ..

If A Child, Is Abused ..
His Soul Full Of Knots, Looking to Survive ..

The Child Has To Survive, One Way Or Another ..
Through Love He Will, And also Through Abuse ..

Through Love, A Normal and balanced Person ..
Through Abuse, All Knotted Up Inside ..

As A Child Turns In To A Man, All Those Defenses ..
Turns Toxic, eating Him Inside ..

All The "Internalized" Shame, Ever Present ..
Pulls Him Down, Kills His Spirit ..

What Was Useful As A child, Now A Poison ..
His Defense Mechanism, Turns Against Him ..

As An Onion Is Peeled, He Has To Remove ..
This Toxic Shame, Layer By Layer ..

Years Are Needed, Much Patience ..
The Toxicity, Needs To Be Cleaned ..

Face To Face, With The Pain Of The Past ..
To Realize Oneself, What Was Missed ..

A Childhood Lost, Needs To Be Recovered ..
A Disabled Will, Needs To Be restored ..

As Time Goes By, Gradually and Slowly ..
The Recovered Will, Will manifest The Shame ..

Much Pain, But Healthy Pain ..
Cleans The Soul, Removes The Shame ..

You Will Realize, Who You "Should" Be ..
Beneath the Clutter, the Lost Child ..

As A Child Is Born, You Are Re-Born ..
All Impurities Gone, Crystal Clear ..

Again, Gradually and Slowly ..
Your recovered Soul, Will Find Its True Self ..

No More Obstacles, To Hold You Back ..
No More Knots, To "Cringe" Your Spirit ..

Come My Brother, A New Day Is Ahead ..
A New Person You Are, Celebrate ..

No More The Old Self ..
All Knots Gone, All Obstacles Removed ..

You Are Now, What God wanted You To Be ..
Without Blemish, Or Complex ..

Since You Are Healed, Stretch Your Hand ..
Give A Helping Hand, To A Brother Not arrived ..

Come My Brother ..

important to let go of the toxicness of the past in order to move towards a better future.

We are born a tabula rasa.......we then learn certain beliefs and behaviors.......I believe that we have the power to let go of the pain, hate, sorrow, toxicness........it is a lot of work.......but the end result is worth the effort.
