Just look at all the intense, heated discussion about multi-culturalism, political correctness and islamofascism going on in just about every blog and forum the world over... It appears that the Nordic terrorist was looking for a way to make this debate front and center and "fuel a fire". Tragically, he concluded that a horrific large scale massacre would focus the world's attention. To that extent, he has succeeded beyond his wildest dreams.

It's Islam, stupid...

It is often claimed that Islam means "Peace". The word "Islam" however, to those who understand even a modicum of Arabic, transliterates into "Surrender". Of course "surrendering" to domination is a form of achieving "peace", as opposed to "not surrendering" which implies "annihilation". That is what is meant by "Islam", in whose totalitarian mindset "peace" and "surrender" are synonymous as a matter of sincere fact.

We are only one day away from the 31st anniversary of the Fall of the Pahlavi Regime, a day of showdown between the Green Opposition and the IRGC Junta; And quite likely, the most fateful day in the history of the Islamic Republic that will set the tone for the future of the Iranians' struggle to achieve basic civil rights under a rational, if not secular, representative government.
