Yesterday I decdided to drive to Westwood to buy some ice cream and faloodeh from Gol o Bolbol. Normally the Wilshire exit off of 405 south is somewhat crowded but yesterday was just ridiculous. It took me 40 minutes from the time I entered the exit lane on 405 to get to Westwood.

I was at a "wealth management" seminar earlier today. Not because I am wealthy. Because it was free breakfast at a really nice and expensive hotel with great view. Seated at our table in addition to me were 7 other people; 2 White American couples in their early to late 40s, an Indian-American couple, a Russian-American man in his late 20s/early 30s and a divorced Jewish-American female attorney in her 50s.

In all seriousness, who do you think is going to save Iran?

Between early 1979 and 1980 Iranians (mostly men) between the ages of 17-65 give or take, took to the streets chanting "death to Shah" and other idiotic slogans such as "hezb vaghat hezbollah, rahbar faghat roohollah". These are the same men who still mostly refer to Khomeini as Imam when they talk about him or the revolution.

Explosion in the Tehran refinery; accident or?

Was the explosion and fire at the Tehran refinery on Friday an "accident" or start of MEK activities?

If I remember correctly, after the proponents of Khomeini set Cinema Rex on fire, there was at least 1 and possibly 2 explosions at the Tehran refinery.

Time will tell.

If the bookies in Las Vegas were taking wagers on when these Islamic bastards in power in Iran will be gone, I would put money on summer 2013.

Lets hope the catalyst for this departure will be Iranian men growing balls, taking to the streets, renouncing the Islamic Republic and the so called Khomeini led ter-zadeem-volution and demanding a secular democracy as it's the right of Iranian people after 35 years of hell; and not an attack by a foreign power such as Israel and/or U.S.

Most religions have a small legion of fanatic followers. A portion of these fanatic nut jobs is militant. These are the people who actually can easiy justify killing in the name of religion.

There is, by most accounts, less than 10 million Jews and 1.1 billion Muslims worldwide. That is, there are 110 Muslims for every one Jew.

How did Iran and Israel get into the fight? Did an attack by Israel cause the death of numerous Iranians? Or was it an attack by Iran that almost made 30% of Israeli women widows?
