Yesterday, I wasted your time with random thoughts about monarchists (I'm equally disappointed by non monarchists and my wrath will eventually descend upon them with great fury). Today, I want to talk about virginity! Sorry folks, I won't get into physical details as my goal is to go deeper than the hymen (no pun intended).

In this blog I won't analyze religion because most religions declare fornication a sin. What kind of an argument can you make if God himself was born to a virgin?

There was a clip posted on the main page of this website about MOZAAHEMAT. A young lady was standing on the street, suggesting she wanted a taxi. When the men were approaching, she was getting very onogh and bi mazze and even rude. Of course, the men were branded as pigs who were aziating dokhtareh mardom.

We all know there are legitimate cases of mozaahemat in Iran. No doubt about it. But I wonder if all Iranian women in Iran appreciate being displayed as victims who can't take care of themseleves. Little girls who are always being chased...

My dictionary defines “slut” as: A person, especially a woman, considered sexually promiscuous.

No matter the strict definition of the word, it’s my impression that sluts are supposed to be women who get laid more often than “we” feel they should (where, when, how and with whom are secondary to the fact that these lovely ladies are gettin’ some).

I’ve always wondered why being called a slut is so insulting. And it really is. It’s one of those words that you never want to be called in public. It’s more violent than a slap in the face.
