The Unsilenceable Master Shajarian

Earlier this Persian year, the pro regime and pro supreme leader jester Amir Ameli published a poor excuse for a poem attacking the great Iranian master Mohammad Reza Shajarian, and called it "Shajarian Zard Ast" (Shajarian is yellow):

An Iranian hero, survivor, and his tale of freedom

Captain Yadollah Sharifi Rad is one of the most accomplished F5 pilots in the world. At the beginning of the Iran Iraq war, he was an accomplished squadron leader in the Iranian air force. He went on to shoot down several Iraqi aircraft and fly 40 missions into Iraq before getting shot down over Iraq. He made it back to Iran after a month with the help of Kurdish rebels, becoming a national hero. What was his reward? The islamic republic arrested and tortured him, falsely accusing him of being a spy. He endured many hardships during his imprisonment, including mock execution.

The Longest War-Never Again

The Longest War

It was 30 years ago today, a beautiful first day of autumn in Tehran. The leaves were turning brown, the hot summer was becoming mercifully tempered by the now cooler air from the Alborz Mountains. The universities had been closed by Khomeini's government 5 months earlier for ideological reasons. However, school age children all over Iran were busily rushing to and excited to attend their first day at school for the academic year. There was young energy and happiness everywhere.

And then it happened.

"Law Enforcement" by murderers

Reza was a peaceful protestor during the green uprising last year. Here is an xray image of Reza's head- picture captured by Hamid Saber. See if you can count the number of metal fragments that the regime blasted into it.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/hamed/3837453539/in/s...

This was taken by Hamid on August 18. 2009. Please read below to get an idea of how IRI "law enforcement" enforces laws. Then ask yourself, what kind of low life form could honestly come and try to justify such crimes in broad daylight by such a murderous regime.

sazegara.net has been hacked

sazegara.net has been hacked by the Iranian Cyber Army. So much for not being afraid of the opposition. This government is very desperate and scared.

It says "While Mr. Sazegara has been giving tips on how to prevent being hacked by the Iran Cyber Army, the Iran Cyber Army has hacked his website to show how empty statements like this person's are"

Proposing a Viral Campaign for 22 Bahman

I have a suggestion for 22 Bahman- a viral campaign using the universal declaration of human rights. So basically let us all email each other this declaration in Farsi, and whoever can print it out should print out as many copies as possible, then post them everywhere. Put them on car's windshields, in mailboxes, on walls, everywhere. Even email it en masse to the leader's and president's and other official IRI websites. Such a mark left everywhere is kind of like Zorro's 'Z' left always as a thorn in the side of the authorities.

Write letters- contact the grand ayatollahs in large numbers

As the street protests have winded down, do not think for a minute that the people of Iran have quit. Do not listen to anybody trying to divide us- every little bit helps. There is no more Iranians abroad or Iranians back home or secular Iranians or relgious Iranians or this-and-that Iranians. TODAY WE ARE ALL IRANIANS. There will be those who try to divide us, and this will only help the butchers in Tehran.

Faces of the dead and detained

The Guardian UK has started a wonderful project to collect the faces and names of the dead and detained in this ruthless crackdown by Khamenei the butcher of Tehran:

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/interactive/2009/j...

We should not let the voice of our people die out, and the best way to do so is to remind the world of the price we paid as a people to voice our demands. Please contribute to this project whenever you obtain information of a victim, and let us keep this record alive and relevant.

Thank you.

Khamenei the Butcher of Tehran - There is no going back - the people have spoken

For all those who always wondered whether the people of Iran really want freedom and modernity, stop wondering. The people have spoken loud and clear in the face of clear threat of lethal force. Iran will never be the same, and our nation´s mission which was launched in 1906 will finally be accomplished.

To the Iranian people-
