User ID. User name. Email address.

When you register, what should you use to identify yourself?

Well, the content management system used by Iranian.com keeps track of three required pieces of information to identify you:
* Your username
* Your email address
* Your password

You can change your email address and password, but you cannot change a username. (You can, however, abandon that account and register again under a new username, provided you use a different email address.)

The new Iranian.com website uses a sophisticated content management system to help manage all of the stories, blogs, photo essays, music and other items that appear on the site.

The new content management system also controls who can see what content. For example, our advertisers are given access to pages where they can modify their ads. You, the reader, don't get access to those areas of the site.

I'm happy to be here, and I hope you are, too.

I'm Wayne Willis, the Business Manager for Iranian.com. Jahanshah Javid, the Editor and Publisher of Iranian.com asked me join last summer, after we were introduced by some mutual friends. I have a long history in helping small companies grow, and Jahanshah wanted some help in developing the website and what it could provide to the readers.
