by masha (not verified) on Sat Aug 23, 2008 09:09 AM PDTIt's easy to assume one's name, when yours is 'amir'... But think about poor Manoochehr...
I would also ask to be called Manoo, or something else.
:-)
That's my Agha Manoo

Good On Him!
by Nazy Kaviani on Wed Aug 20, 2008 04:41 PM PDTCongratulations to Manoo and to you, Ms. Sabeti. It is not very easy for a young person to find his or her path and to apply energy and stamina towards goals down that path. Too many distractions await a young person around every single bend down that road! A lot of discipline and dedicated hard work is required to overcome those distractions. I am glad Manoo has done so well in defining that path for himself and achieving what is no easy feat, scoring such high grades in his O Levels. A very good Iranian of the Day, indeed.
With Best Wishes,
Who says he has changed his name ?
by Yaz (not verified) on Wed Aug 20, 2008 04:41 PM PDTManoo is short for Manoochehr.
Be a civilized Iranian and mind your own business Mr. Nasiri.
Please!
