The description reads: "You can't learn it because it is in blood." Though this may or may not be an Iranian Azeri child, I do believe that in Iran's Azerbaijan there are children who can dance like that for the simple fact that wherever there are adults who can dance, there are children who can dance!

He could have been Azerbaijani from Iran but his hand style is chechen. Don't credit yourselves. Persian Dance is Arabic style :) gere kamar and moving hips.
