Atoosa Rubenstein (born Atoosa Behnegar in Tehran, Iran in 1972) was the editor-in-chief of Seventeen magazine. She was also the founding editor of CosmoGIRL!. Oh...it says she was born in Iran, I guess that makes her an Iranian because she was born on a piece of land circumscribed by imaginary lines on a piece of paper.
