Mayor of Washington fears more handgun violence. A ban on handguns in Washington DC has been ruled unconstitutional by the United States Supreme Court. In a 5-4 decision, the justices upheld a lower court ruling striking down the ban. They said individuals had a right to keep handguns for lawful purposes >>>

5-4 again. It seems that in Bush's United States, one person gets to decide the entire fate of the U.S. Constitution. Why did Swing Vote Sandy retire to her ranch just when we needed her most?
