I love this song. I translated it from Persian to English, so you can understand it while listening to it (the ones do not know Persian). I feel proud to know Persian Language as an Iranian. If you don't know Persian, you literally lose the joy of reading many beautiful Persian Poems. Sometimes I think I could have been born in another country, but there is nothing better than being Iranian. It is a value for me, keeps me proud, keeps me going. It is not a false sense, it is real. I don't give a shit to all media and politics when it comes to my Iranian identity. I had kept it, am keeoig it and will keep it forever with pride...
By the way, I have sung this song myself. I think my voice is better than ebi, do you not think so? Persian Gulf by Nima [1]
with every look
i kiss your land's sky, thousands of kiss
I breathe from Sepid river [2] and Khazar [3] sky and the immortal Persian Gulf
My eyes get its light from Greater and Lesser Tunbs [4] and Abumusa
I shout my love, in my mother tongue
in guatr mountain, Sarakhs [5], khorramshahr [6]
I shout my love
my gun in my hand, singing my anthem [7]
I kiss all Iran
I hang the sun of love on Iran's land
I hang the sun of love on Iran's land
Oh, heirs of purity and dignity, my last look
will be on the blue sky of my land and the
immortal Persian, Persian, Persian Gulf
