Iran to try scientist's assassination perpetrator

"The agent behind the assassination of
Masoud Alimohammadi, Iranian physicist, will be tried on August 23 in
Tehran," Dolatabadi said in a press conference.

He continued, "the key suspect of the case is named Ali Jamli Fashi
who has been arrested immediately after the terror attack and Iranian
police carried out detailed investigation on him."

The Prosecutor General went on to say, "the suspect faces four
charges the most important of which is Waging War against God
(Moharebeh) through assassination."

Dolatabadi noted, "the suspect has been trained during his trips to
Israel and taking part in training classes sponsored by Mossad and he
has also received 120,000 dollar as he confessed.

He added, "the suspect had once taken the motorcycle to the site of
the terror attack, but failed to carry out the murder due to the
improper situation. But the second time he could carry out the terrorist
attack."

Dolatabadi emphasized, "another case will be handed to the court
beside the case with at least 15 suspects linked to Israeli spying
network. We have gone through detailed investigations regarding the case
and God willing the case will be sent to the court within next ten
days."
