Iran successfully launched its Rassad-1 satellite into space on Wednesday, the country's Arabic-language television channel Al-Alam said.

"It was launched by the Safir rocket and put into orbit 260 kilometres (163 miles) above the Earth," the television said. "It is capable of photographing the Earth."

I'm not  barking at all. Degan's assessment was that Israel would not be able to fight a conventional war with Iran because in his opinion targeted air strikes will mean the IR will retaliate. The only alternative for Israel would be to do what the Americans did in WW2 by just dropping a nuclear warhead on Iran and see the whole of the country light up like a Christmas tree and end bring closure to the matter once an for all.

Israel has this capability beyond a reasonable doubt. Sadly, the way things are going it seems that this is exactly what you want.

Engaging in hostilities for the sake of Palestinians who would rather side with Saddam Hussein as he killed and maimed Iranian soldiers and gased Iranian Kurds in Halabcha. All for Palestinians? Ah!, who am I kidding! Sometimes I think I'm talking to an Iranian and then I immediately realise you are just another Muslim Tazi  boy. No self-respecting Iranian would say half the things you say in defence of the Terror Regime. A confused one as well!

If this is the best you can do after 33 years then Degen's assessment is definitely flawed. The alleged launch of this sattelite proves attacking the Sepah and Basij bases will be slamdunk.
