Culture minister laments lack of profound films on Imam Khomeini

Tehran Times: Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Mohammad Hosseini believes that so far, no really outstanding cinematic production has been made about Imam Khomeini. 

Hosseini accompanied by a group of ministerial directors and deputies gathered at Jamaran Hosseinieh in northern Tehran (the house of the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran Imam Khomeini) to remember the name and memory of Imam Khomeini after 22 years, the Persian service of Fars News Agency reported on Tuesday. 

“We are here to review once again whatever we have learned from Imam Khomeini. We learned the pure Islam. People learned the school of politics and the martyrs learned bravery,” he said

How about Sacha Baron Cohen as Khomeini with a turban, white beard and Borat 'Mankini'. The film will depict his clandestine gay love affair with Sadeg Khalkhali as they executed political prisoners and homosexuals.
