Five military police officers in Brazil were under arrest Wednesday after a security camera video came to light showing them shooting a 14-year-old boy several times, including once in the chest, in August of last year. While the victim spent up to 10 days in the hospital, the bullet missed the boy’s lung and he survived. Officers claimed they were questioning him about a crime.
