Israel Deputy Foreign Minister Ayalon: "Don't Let Islamists Hijack the Arab Uprisings"

Israel is worried. The protests have already led to the ouster of Hosni Mubarak, Israel's closest Arab ally. Metro met Israel's Deputy Foreign Minister, Danny Ayalon, for an exclusive interview at his office in Jerusalem. Islamists may hijack the uprising, he cautions, creating a number of new Iran-like regimes.

In his office Ayalon, a charismatic former ambassador to the United States and a member of the Yisrael Beiteinu party, has a rose that Jewish settlers made from rockets fired from Gaza. "Like turning the other cheek", Metro's reporter suggested. "We don't have any cheeks left to turn", responded Ayalon.

In mid-March Israel began shelling Gaza in response to attacks by militants; at least eight people have been killed. On March 23 at some 30 people were injured when a bomb went off in Jerusalem,


Are the Arab uprisings good news or bad news for Israel?
The main question is whether these uprisings will be good for Arab societies. Israel has stated that we wish well to all countries and peoples around us. We also wish for them to establish human rights and democracy. If this is the result Israel will benefit from it, and so will Europe and the entire world. There was a report by the UNDP a year and a half ago on all the Arab societies in the Middle East showing how dysfunctional those societies are, showing the lack of justice and human rights there. As a Muslim please refrain from exploiting the hallowed name of Cyrus and the word 'Persian'. Israel reveres Cyrus as the 'annointed one' and even has streets named in the street in honour of this Great Iranian saint. How many streets, festivals and public holidays are there in Iran to commemorate Cyrus the Great and how many are there to worship the 'jalad mass murderer' and his murderous family and offsprings Hassan and Hussein. 

Your sleezy attempt to borrow from Iran's pre-Islamic History is overshadowed by the fact that your regime sent bulldozers to destroy Persepolis and the fact that the paedophile Imam of yours said there was no civilisation in Iran before Islam.

Don't forget the words of Omar Ban Khalid, the trusted general and second in command of the Tazi Arab invaders of Persia to the Great Sassanian Kingdom: "I will bring an Army of Death in the same way as you love life"

to allow you half humen (your brother and sisters) to return to Jerusalem as a humanterian gesture, it is upon us as Persians to undo what mistake we committed, albeit a horrific one.

The history proved that you half humen do not deserve any compassion, the filth of your crimes against humanity in the post WWII is a live testemony and a historical evidence..

For once. Just once. Why doesn't the Valiyeh Fagih or his  pet bitch Ahmadinejad have the balls to do exactly that! After the Mavi Marmara incident, your sorry excuse for a President promised to send another Folatilla to Gaza to break the blockade and then chikened out at the last moment. Hah! Why didn't it? 

The half hearted measure to send an Iranian warship into the Suez Canal was the closest thing they could think of as a provocation.

You are all talk and no action. Instead you send the defenceless Palestinians guns to fight your stupid proxy war for you and they bear the brunt of Israeli reprisals. And that is what a coward the terrorist regime of Iran does. 

Ultimtaely, you couldn't even care less about Palestinians or their plight. You feed off Israel so it can sell you second hand weapons and use it as a Bogey Man  to silence and kill political opponents in Iran.
