EHRAN, Iran – An Iranian court is holding a closed-door session to begin proceedings against three Americans detained 18 months ago and accused of spying.

Authorities imposed a blanket ban for observers, including Swiss Ambassador Livia Leu Agosti who represents U.S. interests in Iran.

The Americans were detained in July 2009 along the Iraqi border. They claim they were hiking in Iraq's Kurdistan region and — if they crossed into Iran — it was inadvertent.

Terrorist regime puts on trial three Americans

by Simorgh5555 on

When the cats away the mouse can play!

As soon as the IR terrorist regime notices that the rest of the world is distracted with events elsewhere it uses the opportunity to murder, rape, torture and put on show trials. Shame on Obama - the Americans deserve a better president! Three of their citizens have been held captive and being used as a bargaining chip by the IR and you have an effete and incompetent US administration who is not willing to lift a finger to fight for their release. Even Carter did more to help get hostages released in 1979. All press coverage of these lunatic trials have been banned so you won't see the concoction of bogus evidence and lies. Obama sucks BIG TIME. Time to throw out this dead weight and elect a president with bigger balls!
