After Commander in Chief said on August 31, 2010 that the US combat troops were finished in Iraq, does this mean Obama lied? Mission accomplished --- told people that formal combat has ended and hope that most will remember just that as his accomplishment. Many saw the end of combat speech on TV or read about it, while few will now see or realize that US combat hasn't with 50,000 US troops remain. Is the mission accomplished?
