PARSA Community Foundation is pleased to highlight the work of courageous and farsighted individuals and organizations, in Iran and around the globe, that have made environmental issues their cause. Through their work, they are increasing awareness around topics such as pollution, energy, conservation, sustainable development, wildlife, and water.
Through the generosity of PARSA CF's donors, we are able to award grants to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations working on environmental causes. PARSA strongly encourages organizations to apply for grants in its 2010 Mehrgan cycle. Organizations in Iran will need to obtain an OFAC license or work with an organization in the US that already has such license to be able to apply for a grant. Here is a list of attorneys who in the past have expressed an interest in assisting Iranian nonprofits to apply and qualify for OFAC licenses.
