Diplomats said that Iran has allowed inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency [IAEA] to visit a nearly completed nuclear reactor, after a year-long ban, the Associated Press reported from Vienna on Thursday.

They also said that Iran agreed last week to allow the IAEA to expand its monitoring of the Arak uranium enrichment site. >>>
