Deja vu

As I'm sure you already know, that's exactly what they did during the rebellion that the protesters are commemorating today. It's that good ol' IRI sense of theatricality: Horrorwood, IRI. They do things like that all that time. What's also interesting to note is that of course they knew this would receive prominent attentin, that's why they 'choreographed' it, and they used the same plainclothesman whose actions they so decreid and promised to curtail and prosecute subsequent to the major protests and blamed everything on that couldn't be blamed on the students or BBC> If I'm not mistaken I think Ahmadinejad may have even mentioned it in his 'inaugural' speech??

Dear Reader:

I have been wondering about this news since looking at the information that has come out about the protests. Most of them seem relatively peaceful, however there are accounts that a few were rather brutal. But they are accounts, there aren't any videos of serious brutality. But niac (niacblog.wordpress.com) very often uses Amir Kabir Newsletter as a source, as they consider it completely reliable. So since they haven't rescinded it yet, I'll have to assume it's true
