Iran: The Propaganda Never Stops

The cover story that the United States uses to gain support for a possible invasion or military strike against Iran, is that someday, sometime, the Iranians could produce a nuclear weapon. The truth is, if Americans really want to pull themselves away from the mind-numbing effects of their “network news”, common sense tells us that if Iran did indeed build a nuclear device, where would they use it? If people could just ignore the rhetoric for just a brief moment and look at the facts, what country would be the target for this bomb? Would it be Israel? It’s` just about common knowledge that the Jewish State has between 300 and 600 warheads and a delivery system to compliment it.

I completeley agree some of the reviews contain the paranoia which in my opinion was intended to be induced by the book- and thats where the harmful intent lies- with the writer, fianaciers, the publishers etc. I am sure you will recall the Duch MP who made the anti-islamic film. Do you think his intensions are benevolent?

This also causes a problem with moderates from our part of the world. If they point out the propaganist elements then they appear as if they are against freedom of speech, yet letting things go unchallenged results in more and more negative feeling being generated in the readers.

This is why I respect moderate folks who from within the system work to counter such subtle and not so subtle disinformation.

Interestingly, if a novel was writtien saying that Israel will subjugate all the greater middle east and will enslave the poeple there- What do you think the reaction to it would have been? I am sure it would have been quite righlty condemned and perhaps not even published.

I was referring to your earlier post about the book. I do not know if you had read the reviews of the book in the link you provided. One can clearly see  the paranoia in those writings when they are talking about Islam and how it was in process of  enslaving the Europe.

It is astonishing to see how ignorance make people to take a FICTIONAL book as literal.

Is it paranoia or propaganda? I think with paranoia there is a mental abnormality. When paranoia is actively promoted to the public for an ulterior motive ( be it pro or anti islam or Iran) then it is clearly propaganda and very pernicious indeed.

What do you expect?

Yes, it's true. But what about the role of IRI leaders in bringing this about? I mean they have done nothing to improve their image and they have been busy feeding these publicity machines. The other day I heard a one minute public announcement from the Jewish Council on my all news local radio station. They were talking about Iran's efforts to acquire nuclear weapons and how they must be stopped. If you ask me, all of this unusual activity is toward attacking Iran and soon. IRI leaders are still busy trying to destroy Khavaran and bury fictitious bodies in Iranian universities. They have missed the boat big time on what it means to live in the 21st century, the century of media and internet.

Paranoia

Paranoia has no boundaries when it comes to these ignorant people. These are the same people who wrote mien kampf , and who believed that martians are attaching the earth after a radio show by Orson Wells.
