Interpol: no red notices for Israel

Interpol has neither been requested to issue by Iran, nor has it issued on behalf of Iran or any of its 187 member countries any Red Notices for persons wanted internationally or other requests seeking the arrest of senior Israeli officials," reads an Interpol statement obtained by Press TV. The Interpol rejection followed comments by Tehran's chief prosecutor Saeed Mortazavi that Iran had asked for international arrest warrants for 15 Israeli individuals involved in the recent war on the Gaza Strip.

this isn't the same sun you had before... i like it!

i always thought that a physically "uneven" couple looked extremely cool... confident.  As long as the woman stood tall and didn't slouch!!!!  then she looked like a fool...lol.

moving is 99% done.  and i'm exhausted.  had to come to work to rest...:-)

Hell no, lovey duckey, I got NUTHIN'. I'm afraid to tamper with

it for fear it'll make things worse. I'm waiting for Foaad's input. It may take time, I'm sure it's quite a brain teaser for him..a|And I STILL SEE MARIA CALLASEVERYWHERE...ya know it's funny cuz this particular avatar of mine doesn't really resemble Callas as much as some of mine. Several years ago when I made the grave mistake of being on iranianpersonals.com, they asked the question for your profile, what celebrity do you look like, and I said "a combination of maria callas, audrey hepburn and golda meir" It sounded of course very absurd, but I made friends iwith this lovely guy (who reminds me a lot of MPD acutally in his caustic wit,, atheism, honesty, loyalty and extrordinary compassion..) and at that time I had no photo posted. When I posted it he said, my god you really do look like an f-ing combination of *@)*#)@(# or Maria Callas and Audrey...you are very astuste, my dear.

Another funny thing is that a certain Iranian man I was involved with and desperately loved had expressed trepidation about my being taller than he, and my thought was, well, you know, wel'll walk down the street & people will say, my god, that short stumpy guy and that tall willowy woman..it's just like Jackie and Ari...he must REALLY HAVE SOMETHING...either he's got tons of money or he's famous or he's GREAT in bed...or any combination thereof...I guess you could substitue Callas for Jackie, couldn't you? LOL..

Well I have been wanting to write a blog on it since before the

by rosie is roxy is roshan on

Tehran summit. A couple of weeks before, I'd posted about Ahmadinejad's submitting before the Majlis a proposal that Iran establish its own capacity to try accused political criminals regardless of their origin or residence, a la Spain with Pinochet. I happen to agree with you that this is offensive and absurd. Needless to say I have a different spin on it from you Since I feel that it is equally absurd and offensive for a George Bush to have the power to push for indictment of war criminals through the Haue, I feel the counterbalance is necessary to expose the bullshit all aroudn so people will get tired of being led by bands of thievers regardless of ideology, agenda, religion, etc. I don't know your views on Bush or for that matter the US having such rights, regardless of them I suspect you wouldn't agree that the IRI charade is a necessary counterbalance in the overarching long view especially as its target is Israel.

But on one thing we wholeheartedly concur: What a load of crap.

Criminals call others criminals?

by Mehdi Mazloom on

When it come to violation of human right and atrocities committed against their own citizens - these freaking Mullahs are the last ones to even talk about justice for others.

Now, how many innocent Iranians are being arrested, tortured by the Mullahs for speaking their minds. How many decent Iranian dissidents were murdered throughout the world by these butchers?. How many young Iranians are being arrested on Friday nights, in the streets of Tehran, Mashhad, Kashan and others for doing what every young man and woman around the world are entitled to do. Fall in love, dress, and shave their faces as they please speak their mind. Engage in open and honest discussion about reasons why their beloved country is falling behind the rest of the civilized world.

The real arrest warrant should be made on those barbaric leaders who order the stoning of a woman who was raped by her brother-in-law and accused for "provoking" him. Or hanging a man for......... well having fun with his next door neighbors wife............

Finally, it is utterly amazing to witness the duplicity of these akhoonda vis-a-vis the western values.

They don't give a rat ass to International law when it serves their purpose. But they are the first one in line to use the infidel's system  to permeate their form of justice and fairness.
