Damning UN report on Gaza strike

The right to life has been violated not just through the killings, but also through the lack of an adequate investigation of the killings.

Archbishop Desmond Tutu has delivered a scathing report to the UN Human Rights Commission on Israel's shelling of Beit Hanoun in Gaza in 2006.

The report, leaked on Monday, says the shelling may have been a war crime.

It criticises an Israeli inquiry that concluded that the shelling was due to a flawed artillery system.

The Archbishop also criticised the international community for "failing to fulfil its role in respect of the suffering of the people of Gaza".

"It is the silence of the international community in the face of what is happening there which most offends. This silence begets complicity," he said.

It is interesting. Desmond Tutu hear bleeds for those hamas thugs whom since 2005, they continue to invent non-exiting occupation (of gaza) to manufacture resistance.

Israel left the entire Gaza back in August 2005. They left behind massive amount of Greenhouses with over 1 Million plants, which exported to EU and Israel. These G. houses were providing decent living to 5000 families in gaza.

Within 2 Weeks after the Israeli had left. Every thing was looted, and stolen by other pals in gaza. All gone.

In past 3 years, since hamas took control of gaza, they have been focusing their energy and their young man and woman to Plan, design, and build means of destruction - instead of building a viable state, just to demonstrate to the world that, Plas can build themselves a viable society.

Instead, they have been launching rockets onto Israel with single purpose of provoking the type of response from the mighty IDF, after which hamas can show the world their wounded children, whom themselves had put in harms way..

Like I have said it many time before. we have reached the stage of "palestinain Fatigue". People are sick and tired of Hamas's destructive and vengeful behaviors.
