Born in 1968 in Tehran. Studied piano and harmony. Started composing in 1986. From 1987, studied laboratory sience at the University of Scientific Medicine in Iran. Setar player since 1988, Persian music theory and improvisation. Works for Iranian radio and TV. Since 1994 enrolled at University of Music at Graz-Austria studying music composition and theory under Professor Beat Furrer. -- MP3.com
