I've been working on this project for two straight years and am happy to say that I've completed a few great tracks of some of the most unusual music ever! The band's name is "Erethe" and the music could best be described as dirge/doom metal, but in some ways it crosses the boundaries of traditional metal with much more emphasis on structure and melody.

I started this band around February of 2004 for a split project between me and friend, but the prospects of that eventually fell through and I've decided to just send it in to a label.
I wrote and performed everything: rhythm, lead, bass, drums, and vocals. Every track is over nine minutes in length, but never seems so due to the quick changes. I was listener conscious, but that didn't dictate my writing and the few that have heard this music have spoken well of it.

I ask that you keep an open mind while listening to this if you aren't accustomed to it. Hopefully, you'll find yourself immersed in its atmosphere (which would probably require you turn up the volume and listen through quality speakers ;]). Even so, I'm open to criticism, so if you have any suggestions, please e-mail me. Enjoy.
