فتواي وزارت ديانت تركيه : تغيير دين مجاز است و مجازات خروج از اسلام مرگ نيستوزارت ديانت تركيه فتوايي صادر كرد كه در نوع خود بسيار مناقشه برانگيز خواهد بود.
در فتواي وزارت ديانت تركيه آمده است: "هركسي همچنانكه اختيار قبول يك دين را دارد اين اختيار و آزادي را هم دارد كه دينش را تغيير دهد"
در فتوايي كه پروفسور دكتر حقي اونال عضو شوراي عالي وزارت ديانت تركيه داده است در بخش "آزادي عقيده" آمده است: "در آيات قرآن براي كساني كه از اسلام به دين ديگري مي گروند جز مجازات اخروي چيز ديگري نيامده است"
در اين فتوا به آيه 137 سوره نساء استناد شده است كه در آن براي خارج شدگان از اسلام مجازات مرگ پيش بيني نشده است.
به گزارش وبلاگ ترجمه اخبار تركيه به نقل از گازته وطن، اونال همچنين در اين فتوا كه در ماهنامه وزارت ديانت به چاپ رسيده آورده است: "حضرت محمد هيچ كسي را به پذيرش عقيده اش مجبور نكرده است و عليه عقيده هاي متفاوت اجبار و زور به كار نبرده است."

pps: Seriously; this is a great news I have heard for so long period of time. I hope Shia experts pick up the ruling from Sunni brothers and apply it to Iranian Sharia law so our young converters do not have to go to underground churches in Iran nor seek refuge in other countries.
ppps: additional information: There are between 4000- to 5000 Iranian refugees in Europe EVERY YEAR.
What about these verses?

For example:
[4:89] They wish that you disbelieve as they have disbelieved, then you become equal. Do not consider them friends, unless they mobilize along with you in the cause of GOD. If they turn against you, you shall fight them, and you may kill them when you encounter them in war. You shall not accept them as friends, or allies.
[9:12] If they violate their oaths after pledging to keep their covenants, and attack your religion, you may fight the leaders of paganism - you are no longer bound by your covenant with them - that they may refrain.
[33:15] They had pledged to GOD in the past that they would not turn around and flee; making a pledge with GOD involves a great responsibility.
[33:16] Say, "If you flee, you can never flee from death or from being killed. No matter what happens, you only live a short while longer."
[33:60] Unless the hypocrites, and those with disease in their hearts, and the vicious liars of the city refrain (from persecuting you), we will surely grant you the upper hand, then they will be forced to leave within a short while.
[33:61] They have incurred condemnation wherever they go; (unless they stop attacking you,) they may be taken and killed.
