The truth is, he doesn't care what he looks like to the rest of the world, as long as the average American agrees with him and votes for him, that's all he needs.
GWB is an idiot to the rest of the world, Americans thought he'd be the perfect guy to drink a beer with. For 8 years he's been proving to be incompetent and ignorant about the rest of the world. I wouldn't put it past the American people to pick McCain to replace him.
