An interesting Footage from a French Documentary "LUCIFER ET MOI" aka "LUCIFER AND I" in which Orson Welles proves once again to be a visionary ahead of his time. He strangely albeit involuntarily predicts Both Sept 11Th and Today's Nuclear Crisis. There is a funny Twist that interupts the conversation.

How the dream of having a bomb/being feared or take seriously, has made them change their tune?
