"Esther and the King" (1960) directed by Raoul Walsh and Mario Bava, was a joint US-Italian production filmed in Italy. Joan Collins played Esther, a Jewish concubine who is made queen by  Persian King Ahasuerus (As Xerxes refered to in the Bible). Richard Egan plays King Ahasuerus. The buxom Italian actress Daniela Rocca played the scheming Queen Vashti.

This sequence features Daniela Rocca performing Queen Vashti's provocative dance in an attempt to entice King Ahasuerus back under her spell.
